These terms cover use of this website and entry to the Last Soul Ultra. Requesting a race entry means accepting them.
The Last Soul Ultra is organised by Last Soul IP GmbH, which owns and operates this site. Full company details are on the imprint.
Content on this site is provided for information. Results, dates and field details are published in good faith and may be corrected as records are confirmed. Race photography on this site is produced by Last Soul IP GmbH and rappid. UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and is not licensed for reuse. All other content is the property of Last Soul IP GmbH.
Submit an entry request for an open event. One request per person, submitted under your real name — duplicate or pseudonymous requests are removed. Any deadline is published once it is confirmed.
Sending a request does not guarantee a place. Places are allocated through a combination of LSU team selection and a random draw. We will email you with the next steps if you are selected.
Selected athletes receive a personal registration code by email and must complete entry within the confirmation window published for their event. If payment is not completed within that window the code expires and the place is reassigned. A place is only secured once you have received the final confirmation email.
Refunds, transfers and deferrals: To be supplied. Cancellation or postponement of the event by the organiser: To be supplied.
Every athlete signs a waiver before the start; the document and its terms are made available in advance (To be supplied). Participation is at your own risk. The race format is set out on the format page and the rules there — the hourly start, the strict one-hour loop limit, the mandatory headlamp in darkness, and the prohibition on any support while on the loop — are binding on every starter. Breaching them results in elimination or disqualification, and the decision of the race director is final.
The venue is not disclosed in advance and no spectators are admitted. Athletes are self-sufficient: water is provided, catering is not.
The race is filmed and streamed continuously. By starting, athletes agree to appear in that broadcast and in photography and footage published afterwards by the organiser and its partners.
German law applies. If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remainder is unaffected.
